Saltmarsh Partnership lands Air France PR brief

Air France has handed its UK and Ireland PR contract to The Saltmarsh Partnership.

The London-based agency won the account after a five-way competitive pitch.

The brief covers consumer and trade media as well as a social media programme and consumer promotions.

Henri Hourcade, Air France UK and Ireland general manager, said: "The Saltmarsh Partnership demonstrated a very clear understanding of the brief and the requirements of a major international airline in a local market. Their pitch also included a number of interesting creative approaches which we look forward to developing.”

“These include campaigns to highlight our highly-competitive position on UK routes to Paris, as well as focusing on our extensive worldwide network and the convenience of Charles de Gaulle Airport.”

The account team will be led by agency managing director Geoff Saltmarsh.
