Housing and regeneration group Midland Heart is to tender for its publishing and printing framework.

The framework is expected to be made up of six agencies which will be tasked with publishing and printing services across three lots, delivering PR editorial, graphic design and creative services.

The three-year-contract will include the provision of writing, as well as artwork and design, for two Midland Heart newsletters, the provision of ad hoc support for research and writing of ad hoc materials, and other PR services, while supporting the marketing and communications team.

Graphic Design work and creative services will also be called upon in supporting the in-house marketing and communications team, including artwork for promotional materials such as annual reports, advertising, posters, leaflets, flyers, brochures and handouts.

Lot 1 will see agencies appointed for editorial development and project managements, research and writing for the two newsletters, while Lot 2 will oversee artwork and design for the two newsletters. The third Lot will include responsibility for ad hoc support for research and writing, as well as PR work.

Suppliers interested in tendering for this opportunity will first have to complete the Pre-qualification stage. Suppliers that are successful at the PQQ stage will then be invited to participate in the tender. Full information is available here.
