A tracker app which aims to help parents track their child’s walk to-and-from school, has been released.

The ‘Keep Me Safe’ app has been devised by entrepreneur Gill Kamel, and developed by 2ergo, using GPS technology to track selected people’s routes through their phone or computer.

Users can alerts their trackers should they feel unsafe or are in trouble through the amber or red alter functions, and also alerts trackers when the carrier has arrived safely at their destination.

Annual subscription to the app, which is free to download for Android, it £39.99, or £3.99 or month.
