WPP acquires The Glover Park Group
Communications firm The Glover Park Group, headquartered in Washington DC, has been acquired by WPP.
The acquisition of the Glover Park Group, which currently employs 140 people, will see it join the group’s other PR brands such as Ogilvy PR, Hill & Knowlton, Burson-Marsteller, Cohn & Wolfe, RLM Finsbury, Buchannan, Hering Schuppener and Clarion Communications.
The Glover Park Group was founded in 2011, and held total assets of $75m of 30 September 2011.
