McDonalds is today launching its Christmas advert, created by Leo Burnett, ahead of the launch of the fast food restaurant’s Christmas menu tomorrow.

The TV advert features people dressed as Santa and reindeers cycling to a McDonalds and will be supported by press, outdoor and digital advertising. Media planning and buying for the campaign was handled by OMD, while the advert was directed by Rattling Stick's Andy McLeod.

The festive menu includes an After Eight McFlurry, a festive pie and Deluxe burger and will be available until January.
