For the fourth consecutive year, the brief to design the Novotel Hotels Group seasonal greetings card has been handed to Mobas.
This year saw agencies challenged to convey a relevant message which would translate across both online and offline media and be appropriate for 90 counties during December and January.
The ‘A magical time of year’ concepts were also developed to communicate the groups commitment to new openings in 2012 and evolve its positioning of the Novotel and Suite Novotel brands.
The designs will be included in printed greeting cards and as online e-cards linking through to an animation.
James Wheatcroft, brand and strategy director for Mobas, explained: “The Magical time of year message and accompanying visual language is a clear concept that reflects the upscale contemporary feel of the Novotel brand. Concise and relevant is key for global brands right now, and we’re delighted to have worked on the project.”
