US Social media research consultancy Feedback is to partner with 23red as it opens a hub in London.

The London presence will be headed up by Feedback president and CEO Jeff Thompson and executive vice president Dean Browell Ph.D. (pictured), alongside vice president Anna Lucas.

Working with 23red, the two will aim to offer a full suite of communisations to customers, with both being members of global network WorldWide Partners.

“At Feedback, we believe that social media is an accelerant to traditional media, and should not be an afterthought or seen as a frivolous must-have to keep up with technology,” said Thompson. “This approach has delivered enormous success for our clients in the States and we look forward to bringing our strengths and creative solutions to our clients here in Europe.”

The company has said that it has already picked up work with Tesco, Camelbak and Novozymes.
