In Hand Guides has appointed Fox Kalomaski Crossing for business development, marketing communications and sales in the UK.

In Hand Guides build credit card-sized audio devices that deliver customised content for travel, health and other lifestyle industries, such as The London Eye, New York City and The Sydney Tower.

Gary Jacobs, CEO of FKC, said: “This is a brilliant concept and a very exciting challenge for us. We are developing our distribution target strategy based not only on travel, retail and leisure, but also researching into opportunities in food preparation, sport, healthcare, local authorities and other productive sectors. We will then manage marketing communications campaigns and sales channels that will create the high demand the guides deserve.”

Trevor Winkworth, managing director of In Hand Guides, said: “We are very impressed with FKC's ideas and their proven expertise over a wide range of target industries, so we are confident that the UK will be a highly successful marketplace for our smart audio branding solution.”
