Aberdeen-based brand, media and communications agency Imajica have been bought by CMS Holdings which is set to see its new acquisition expand across the UK.

CMS has bought all the existing assets of Imajica - creating a new holding company which will oversee the development of a number of new opportunities.

Imajica director Jeff Riley said: “CMS were impressed by our team, the strength of our client base and the quality of your work.

"Not only are we retaining our creative and technical team, a number of strategic positions have been identified that will allow us to take the business to a new level.

"These announcements will be made as soon as we have agreements in place, so it’s an exciting time for us right now.”

The existing Imajica team has now moved to modern serviced offices in the Bridge of Don.
