Tilia appoints Twelve Thirty Eight to handle launch

Errands service Tilia has appointed PR agency Twelve Thirty Eight to handle its launch, following a four way pitch.

The agency has been briefed to handle B2B and consumer activity aimed at local and regional press, broadcast and social media to support regional launches of the service for people who are short on time.

According to Gorkana, the account will be managed by consultant James Horne, with Twelve Thirty Eight founder Hamish Thompson working on strategy.
