IPA Effectiveness Award winners for 2011 announced

This winners of this year's IPA Effectiveness Awards have been announced, with four Gold Awards, five Silver Awards, six Bronze Awards and nine Special Prizes were awarded.

Winner of the Grand Prix was Lowe-SSP3 for the agency's ‘FARC Operation Christmas’ campaign for the Program of Humanitarian Attention to the Demobilised, Colombian Ministry of Defence.
