A new Royal Parks Foundation website has been unveiled by tictoc, featuring a simplified design, increased social media interaction and an improved online shop.

Digital agency tictoc worked closely with the charity for London’s eight Royal Parks to fully understand its brand values and goals; identify any challenges and provide creative and strategic digital solutions to help improve the online service.

The primary aim of the new website is to help existing supporters and potential donors understand the charity and acting as a hub for the Royal Parks Foundation and its individual projects.

Sara Lom, chief executive at the Royal Parks Foundation, said: “Over the last 9 years we’ve grown the charity quite considerably and developed many different and exciting projects. This year, we realised that the many different project websites in addition to our own charity website may have been a little confusing for our supporters. With this in mind, we wanted to create a website that made it very clear who we are and what we do and we feel phase one of our new site is the first big step to doing just that.”

“Online communication is becoming more important than ever and we recognise the benefit it can bring to the charity. Digital innovations and enhanced social media activity offer a new, direct and interactive way for us to reach our supporters, and we are delighted that we have been able to bring our brand to life in a digital capacity. The new site truly represents our values and helps to maintain a consistent message across all of our projects.”
