WDS, a provider of specialist services to the wireless industry, has had a video created to showcase its offerings by Gyro.

The Manchester based agency created the film using Adobe After Effects to replace a lengthy PowerPoint presentation the WDS sales teams historically used to run clients and prospects through the company’s products and detailed internal processes.

Peter Davis, executive creative director at Gyro, said: “New technologies are allowing us to bring a high level of storytelling and imagination to what is essentially a traditional sales piece. The use of rich colour and animated infographics is engaging and seamlessly delivers WDS’ message.”

Tim Deluca-Smith, vice-president marketing at WDS, said: “Our clients know we know wireless networks inside out, but with PowerPoint it’s often difficult to show what we can do for them in a way that’s engaging and consistent. It’s important for us to get across where we add value, without boring our clients with techie detail. The video does just that. It’s engaging and looks fantastic. It connects our story to our clients in an engaging an relevant way.”
