ITV announces agreement to buy Channel Television

ITV has announced that it is to acquire Channel Island Channel 3 license holder, Channel Television.

The deal has been agreed with Yattendon plc to acquire the channel, subject to approval from the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority, although details at this time have not been revealed.
