Heriot-Watt University set for marketing services framework tender

Heriot-Watt University is to tender for its marketing, media & public relations services, with up to 15 agencies expected to be appointed.

The framework will run for four years, with a budget of around £1.5m, providing a range of marketing and public relations services, including graphic and AV Design, media relations in both UK and Dubai, public affairs, media monitoring, market research, photography and marketing for both the UK and globally in some instances.

The framework will be divided into eight lots, Graphic Design and distribution (£100,000), Public Relations and Direct Marketing UK (£400,000), Public Relations and Direct Marketing Dubai Campus (to be advised), Public Affairs (£100,000), Media Monitoring (£105,000), Market Research (£450,000), Photography (£50,000) and Marketing (£140,000).

Specific commissions through the framework will be appointed through mini-competition processes.

In order to obtain specification and additional documents for the tender, the University is also seeking payment of £200 by cheque.
