Palmers Department Stores has teamed up with eCommerce marketing agency, Further Search Marketing, to form an online partnership in which Further and Palmers will share revenues as their online sales grow.

The company see the new partnership with Norwich-based Further as an opportunity to become a nationally-recognised ecommerce retailer.

Further will work closely with the client to maximise sales, having created a custom ecommerce site for the store, even to the extent of helping the client to decide which product lines should be promoted.

John Thew, Further’s MD, said “Now that the site is developed and live, we will be working on ongoing SEO and PPC campaigns – as well as testing and honing the site’s conversion rate - to increase sales.

“We are delighted that Palmers selected Further and we believe this innovative shared-revenue strategy and close working relationship will prove to be a great success for both parties.”
