A week after the closure of Rapport Creative, its managing director Robert Porter has opened a video production company called Veracity Digital.

The new company, registered at Enterprise House in Bromborough, is using the same number as Rapport, which closed its doors after 22 years, with both directors Porter, creative director Robert Dillon and two other members of staff.

The company was established on 5 October, according to Company's House.

Dillon is not understood to be involved with Veracity Digital, but is thought to be setting up his own business.
