Martin Miller's Gin appoints Citypress for PR brand building support

British gin brand Martin Miller’s has appointed Citypress to handle its UK PR account.

The brief will see Citypress report to the brand’s owner and distributer The Reformed Spirit Group, with the task of building its reputation among leading bars and mixologists in order to influence consumers, and communicate the brand’s flavour and premium positioning.

The account will be led by Ruth Wilson, senior account director for Citypress, and delivered by the agency’s 40-strong consumer team.

“Sales of Martin Miller’s in the on-trade have more than doubled over the past year as the market for premium gin and spirits continues to grow. We will be using a range of PR tactics to highlight the role Martin Miller’s has played in the gin renaissance of recent years and attract a new generation of discerning spirits drinkers to the brand,” said Wilson.

All three offices of Citypress across London, Manchester and Birmingham will handle the brief.
