A top ten list of the top legal tweeters has been published by online marketing firm I-COM following an analysis of the Twitter musings of 800 law firms.

This survey named Woolley & Co as the most adept of the sociable micro bloggers, classing the firm as having the optimal mix of influence and audience size.

Other top tweeters included Allen Blacks at number 2 and Silverman Sherlicker in third slot, all of which were observed to be more active on the service than their rivals whilst reaching a larger audience.

Commenting on the list Mike Blackburn, operations director of I-COM, said: “It’s not just marketing and digital companies that have spotted the business opportunities that come from engaging with influencers and potential clients on the social network.”
