Scottish Housing Regulator annual report and accounts designed by APS Group
The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has unveiled its annual report and accounts, designed and produced by APS Group (Scotland).
SHR regulates landlords as well as landlord and homelessness services of local authorities, with its annual report regularly designed by the APS Group.
This year, APS decided to refresh the format of the report, although they had to stick to the same A4 layout.
Kouki, a designer at APS Group, told The Drum: “we decided to refresh this by using a laser-cut coloured card style of illustration to convey the general environment and landscape of Scottish housing.
“The result was brightly-coloured chapter splits and a cover depicting various scenes of life in Scottish communities.”
Photography was handled by Paul Watt Photography, laser cutting by Stirling based Laser Cutting Services and print by Thomson's.
