An infographic on Advertblog has found that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the days with the highest percentage of tweets, with the weekend having the lowest level.
It shows that 15.8% of weekly tweets were sent on Tuesday and 15.7% on Wednesday, compared to 13.1% and 12.1% on Saturday and Sunday. Thursday had the lowest Tweet rate during the week at 14.1%.
The infographic also showed that 9-11am and 1-3pm were the times which had the heaviest Twitter-traffic.
