Foster’s launch Alan Partridge iTunes app

Foster’s lager, sponsor of the internet comedy series Alan Partridge’s Mid Morning matters, has launched an official Alan Partridge iTunes app after the internet series racked up over 4m views.

Baby Cow Productions, the company behind the series, have produced the app which contains all 12 episodes of the show - including sound clips of Partridges catchphrases such as “Inception”, “Hey, you cheeky tit” and “Have you ever seen a child the size of an ox?”

A selection of jingles are also included in the app, notably ‘North Norfolk Digital show’ and ‘Sidekick-Simon’, with a selection also available as downloadable ringtones.

Henry Normal, Managing Director of Baby Cow Productions said: “I know there’s a lot of Partridge fans out there that have been waiting a long time for an official Alan App. Now he can take his rightful place as the consummate cross- platform entertainer at the cutting edge of radio-vodcast-app–technology.”
