A number of Leeds-based communications agencies are set to sleep together on the streets for a night in order to raise money for local charity, Simon on the Streets.

Ptrarmigan Bell Pottinger, McGrath O’Toole and Search Laboratory will all brace the elements and sleep rough overnight, as part of a group of 300 people, in an effort to raise £45,000 for the charity.

The evening will include a tour of homeless sites around the city.

Commenting on the event Martin O’Toole, director at McGrath O’Toole, said: “The opportunity to sleep with some of the beautiful people from Search Laboratory and Ptarmigan Bell Pottinger was too good to miss, even if I have to sleep in a box.”

The sponsored sleep out will take place on the evening of 29 September and people can take part individually or as corporate teams. More information is available at www.simononthestreets.co.uk
