Hong Kong Tourism Board uses dragon installations to promote London street festival

The Hong Kong Tourism Board is to launch an integrated advertising campaign to highlight the street festival Hong Kong: Live in London!

The promoting will include a number of initiatives including buses, Facebook, twitter, bloggers, SMS, mobile apps, print and radio advertising to promote the week-long festival.

Five dragon installations will also be set up from 12 – 18 September, each aiming to introduce visitors to aspects of Hong Kong.

The campaign will be also be supported by local retailers and restaurants who will provide special offers throughout the week.

Dawn Page, director – UK & Northern Europe, Hong Kong Tourism Board, said: “Hong Kong • Live in London! is the perfect platform to implement integrated marketing, to produce a seamless campaign creating maximum impact and to engage with consumers.”
