Times journalists face enquiry
Lawyers at Linklaters are reported to have handed out questionnaires to key staff members which asked questions about if phone hacking had been used, and what methods were sued to gather news.
These staff will now be interviewed by a panel of lawyers.
The MediaGuardian has suggested that emails and financial records relating to police investigations will be examined, as well as records of cash payments made by journalists.
