Scotty Brand appoints Billington Cartmell Edinburgh for marketing

Scotty Brand, part of the Albert Bartlett Group, has appointed Billington Cartmell Edinburgh to handle its marketing.

Billington Cartmell will work on advertising, digital and social media campaigns, which will break in the autumn in Scotland and across the UK in 2012.

Paul McLaughlin, MD of Scotty Brand, said: "Scotland's larder is packed full of wonderful food and drink, excellent growing conditions and award-winning producers. Scotty Brand will ensure Scottish produce commands a strong premium-market position in the UK and beyond".

David Guy, business director of Billington Cartmell added, "Our role will be to help Scotty Brand and its iconic Scotty Dog character become a stamp of quality that busy consumers can easily follow for fresh, quality and tasty Scottish produce."
