Coca-Cola North America looking for agency to help with social media monitoring

It has been revealed that Coca-Cola North America is searching for an agency to help it keep track of what consumers in North America are saying about the brand on Twitter, Facebook and other social channels.

AdAge reported that the pitch, which Coca-Cola is calling a ‘listening review’, will encompass Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Minute Maid, Powerade, Vitaminwater and Dasani brands.

A spokesperson for Coca-Cola is reported as saying that about 20 agencies have been involved ni the selection process.
