Carter Jonas appoints Mobas for brand and marketing strategy

Estate agent Carter Jonas has appointed Mobas to create a brand and marketing strategy for the Stratford Park new homes development.

Cambridge based Mobas will create the development brand for use across all media channels and produce the marketing strategy to be rolled out over the next four years. Marketing for the development will include digital, outdoor and mobile media.

Zoe Davies, senior associate and new homes manager for Carter Jonas, said: “From the off, Mobas seemed to understand that new developments need their own identity but that the brands of developers have to be respected too, particularly so at Stratford Park which is a consortium of large volume house builders, all with established and distinct corporate IDs. The MOBAS team are flexible in responding to an evolving brief and smart enough to appreciate that Carter Jonas’s role in new homes marketing is deeper than that of just a sales agent.”
