Halewood International's Crabbie's brand has struck a deal to become an official partner of Everton Football Club.

The sponsorship will see Crabbie's made the club's 'official ginger beer' and represents the brand's second foray into football having become the shirt sponsor of Scottish side Hibernian earlier this year.

Al Cross, marketing controller for Crabbie's at Halewood International, said: "We are delighted to have agreed this deal with Everton FC which will further enhance the Crabbie’s brand in the UK. The deal also represents the formalisation of a relationship between Halewood International and Everton that goes back many years.

“This sponsorship is in addition to our Crabbie’s activity around Hibernian FC, The Scottish Open Golf Championships, BBC Good Food Shows, Perth Races, Stonegate outdoor events, The London Vintage Festival 2011 and our exciting new national 6-week TV campaign which began in July 2011..”
