BCS PR, BCS Creative and BCS Digital has merged to form one company it has announced.

BcsAgency, will now offer online and offline campaigns, with services including PR, social media, website and mobile, direct mail, design and advertising.

The Nottingham agency was established in 1995 as Boyden Carmichael Associates following an MBO from Grey Midlands. It rebranded to BCS Creative and launched BCS PR in 2002, while last year, Rob Wimot, founder of Freeserve joined the board, launching BCS Digital in the process.

Wilmot said: “Over the last 16 years the separate BCS businesses have delivered highly acclaimed creative campaigns.

However, online and digital is becoming ever more pervasive and we are witnessing a paradigm shift in the way people engage with each other and with brands.

“This merger means that we will provide an even greater level of customer service for clients who will be able to access the range of insights and skills that can only be offered by a truly integrated marketing communications agency.”
