Town Centre Securities, the Leeds based property investment and development company, has appointed former Halfords B2B marketing manager Ellie Dreisenstock as its new marketing manager.

Dreisenstock joins from Horton and Blakelands Treatment Centres, where she was marketing manager for nearly two years.

Andrew Stringer at Town Centre Securities said: ”Ellie has a wealth of experience and will be a real asset to the company. Marketing plays a crucial role across the business and is a vital tool in helping us maintain our position and communicate with all interested parties including our shareholders, occupiers and visitors.”

Dreisenstock added: “Town Centre Securities’ portfolio is diverse and constantly expanding so it’s an exciting place to be. One of my key roles is to market the Merrion Centre, Leeds which is currently undergoing a major refurbishment programme. I’m looking forward to taking the centre through this exciting period and keeping tenants and visitors informed.”
