Magpie Comms and Ptarmigan Bell Pottinger have joined forces to create Two Birds One Stone, which will provide public relations and graphic design support for brands targeting the youth market.

The youth offering, which is made up of 10 marketing professionals, all under 25, hopes it can offer brands a point of difference and valuable insight in to targeting younger people.

Nathan Lane, MD of Ptarmigan Bell Pottinger, said: “Following the success of our student agency, the Ptarmigan Academy, we have decided to team them up with Magpie to offer new and existing clients a fully integrated offering. Both agencies have expertise in working with the younger market and with such a young team, Two Birds One Stone is in a great position to offer real insight.”

A week after ifs official launch, the team has already gained its first client: Case Addict, an online retailer of phone and computer accessories.

Michael Szlas, MD at Case Addict, said: “We wanted to appoint an agency that got genuinely excited about our products and could help us increase sales through our website. The team at Two Birds One Stone are not only full of good bright ideas, they also get results.”
