The Sunday Post has set up an overseas printing deal that means the paper will now be available in Spanish newsagents early on Sunday mornings.

A spokesman for the DC Thomson-owned Sunday said:” The paper is still written from our offices around Britain but we have arranged for it to be printed in Madrid.”

As well as Spanish mainland outlets, the paper will also be on sale in Ibiza, Majorca, Menorca, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, Lanzarote and Las Palmas. Some copies will also be available in Faro in southern Portugal.

The Spanish-printed copies will be priced at two euros 40 cents.
