Gressingham Foods announces partnership with Valassis Ltd

Poultry producer Gressingham Foods has announced a partnership with Valassis Ltd to run a coupon campaign at its road show programme this summer.

The coupons will offer consumers a £1 discount on all duck products as the company looks to increase brand awareness and boost sales, with the emphasis on the fresh raw and ready to cook products.

Gressingham has been touring this summer with Michelin starred chef Galton Blackiston to show people how versatile duck can be. The campaign covers six food and drink festivals/county shows, and the coupon services provided by Valassis will be a key component of the promotional campaign.

Anna Elmon, communications manager at Gressingham Foods, said: “We wanted to raise the profile of our poultry products and the coupon campaign we are running with Valassis is a great way to stir up excitement around the brand, by giving consumers an incentive to trial new products with a £1 discount across all of our product range.

“We chose to partner with Valassis because they are the market leader in coupon services which gave us confidence that the campaign would be well managed and would deliver the results we were expecting.”
