Four sporting heroes are starring in Betfair's new tong-in-cheek parody of the classic Ferrero Rocher ads.

The 'Betfair Ambassador Reception' sees cricket legend Michael Vaughan don his dinner suit alongside Rugby World Cup winner Will Greenwood, two-time Premier League title holder Lee Dixon and champion horse trainer Paul Nicholls.

The online campaign shows the quartet working the floor at a swish high society function, and wowing the glamorous guests with their golden nuggets of sporting knowledge.

Betfair’s Andy Lulham said: "Vaughan, Greenwood, Dixon and Nicholls are some of the most respected names in world sport, so it is fantastic to welcome them to Betfair."

The ads are running as pre-rolls on E-player, Yahoo, ITV and 4OD. They were developed by Big Al's Creative Emporium.
