Plymouth based creative agency, Evocative, has announced a raft of new clients following its first year of trading.

The three new clients, Bateman Financial Management, PhysioConditioning and Bishop Acklam, join the agency’s existing line up of clients, which includes The National Trust in the South West, Mount Wise, Twofour, Trethorne Golf Club & Hotel, MJ Evans, and Westcountry Group.

Evocative will be providing Bateman Financial Management with PR works focusing on raising the business' profile in the South West region; PhysioConditioning will receive social media training to allow its director to open up communications to a wider audience across a range of platforms, as well as ongoing PR advice and support.

The work with Bishop Acklam will include a full campaign of branding, design, online services and direct marketing as part of the launch and promotion of a new luxury development.

“The last year has been incredibly exciting. It started with just myself and a Mac, and here we are just 12 months later with an expanding team and an enviable mix of clients,” said Gavin Braithwaite-Smith, director and founder of Evocative.

“It has taken a lot of hard work to get this far and my thanks go to a dedicated team and a loyal client base. The next 12 months looks set to get even better with the start of some exciting projects and new clients coming on board.

To commemorate its 12 month milestone the company is providing each of its clients with their very own bonsai tree, representing the tree incorporated in the Evocative company logo. With an inventive twist, each bonsai comes with its own individual instructions on how to grow and nurture creativity.

Founded by strategic marketer, Gavin Brathwaite-Smith, one of the UK's top 'tweeters', social media is becoming one of Evocative's key areas of growth. The company was recently commissioned to undertake online communication works for one of the top media agencies in the UK.

“Sending out bonsai trees to our clients was probably unexpected, but they make a great gift and it does have direct correlation with our branding – a perfect fit!” Explained Brathwaite-Smith.
