Third Briton apprehended in LulzSec hacking investigation

A third Briton has been arrested under an ongoing investigation into the activities of LulzSec, a hacking collective which gained notoriety after obtaining the personal details of thousands of Sony, US Congress and News International.

The latest suspect is 18 year old Jake Davis from Yell, a northerly isle in the Shetland Islands, who was apprehended by agents working for the Serious Organised Crime Agency.

Davis is due to appear before City of London magistrates today on charges of unauthorised access to a computer system, charges, distributed denial of service attack on Soca's website.
