Google’s Chrome has been named as the second most popular web browser in the UK, with more than one in five using it.

Chrome was launched three years ago, with a large campaign featuring billboard, poster and TV advertising.

Internet Explorer came in first, although it was reported that the browser is slowly losing its market share.

Firefox came in third place and Safari came in fourth with 9% using it.
