Stuart Bruce, founder and CEO of Leeds PR consultancy Wolfstar is set to depart from the agency following a fall-out with chairman, Tim Sinclair.

According to PR Week, Bruce will leave to take up ‘other opportunities’ and will sell his stake of the business to Sinclair who will become the sole owner.

The disagreement is understood to be about the direction of the agency.

The departure of Bruce, which is expected to take place next month, follows the death of deputy managing director Mark Hanson in March.

Updated: The two directors have spoken to The Drum to clarify the situation.
