Organic baby food range Baby Zilli is to launch its first TV advertising campaign on 1 August.

The 30-second advert for the range, created by Molinare, will be aired during Daybreak and Lorraine on ITV1 throughout August, September and October.

Created by celebrity chef Aldo Zilli and entrepreneur Dean Dunham, the range aims to use the campaign to continue driving sales and help increase awareness of the product as it launches in new stores across the country. The brand launched in January in supermarkets and on Amazon.

So far, Baby Zilli has only used PR, print advertising and joint business promotions to market the brand.

The advert features Zilli in the kitchen, surrounded by the produce that is used to make the range. The setting alludes to the Baby Zilli story: how he created the brand based on recipes made for his own young children, Rocco and Twiggy.

Dean Dunham said: “This advertising campaign marks the next stage in the business’s development and is evidence of its current success and the huge growth potential that it has.”
