Western Union works with WFCA on eCRM project

Western Union has worked with Kent ad agency WFCA to redesign its quarterly e-newsletters.

The bulletins go out to around 270,000 Western Union customers in 14 countries. More than 140 different versions have been produced in order to cover 12 languages.

The aim is to spread the word about Western Union's products including its Emergency and Intra Money Transfer service and its gold card loyalty programme.
