Benvie appointed MD of Hotwire
Drew Benvie, head of 33 Digital has been promoted to managing director of Hotwire Group.
According to PR Week, Benvie will continue to head-up 33, while also overseeing the other two companies in the Hotwire Group: Hotwire and Skywrite.
Benvie will report to Hotwire CEO Brendan Craigie.
“Digital is at the heart of everything we do,” explained Craigie.
“Drew is one of the UK's most respected authorities on digital…it now makes perfect sense to have Drew at the centre of our business.”
Benvie launched Hotwire's digital PR agency 33 Digital in 2009. He was previously a director at Hotwire, an account director at Lewis PR and an account manager at Bray Leino.
He has stated that he looks forward to helping realize the company’s vision of digital and social media being integrated completely throughout our PR service offering.
