Google+ launched as fresh rival to Facebook
Google is once again attempting to take on Facebook with the launch of a mew social networking platform.
Google+ includes many of the same features offered by Facebook including photo sharing, messaging and comments while also integrating its maps and images, as well as a video chat feature.
Already heavy comparisons are being drawn between the similarity between Google+ and Facebook and follows other attempts by Google to make an impact upon Facebookâs domination of the social networking market, having launched Google Buzz and Google Wave previously.
