Future Publishing announces Neil Perera as head of ad operations

Future Publishing has announced BskyB’s former ad products manager, Neil Perera, as its new head of ad operations.

Perera will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of ad campaigns, designing and documenting the processes for both advertisers and publishers. He will work with the ad ops and sales teams in both London and Bath.

He will report directly to Kurt Edwards, the digital commercial director for the company.

Edwards said: “Future’s online advertising has had a very strong start to this year and we have a number of powerful digital assets, including techradar.com, CVG.co.uk and cyclingnews.com.

“I’m delighted that Neil is joining Future at this exciting time and am confident his leadership will enable us to meet our partners’ needs more creatively and efficiently.”

The news comes a day after it is announced that Future will publish mini-magazines for its PC Format title.
