EasyJet sponsors Edinburgh International Film Festival
Budget airline easyJet is sponsoring this year's Edinburgh International Film Festival.
As part of the deal, easyJet says it will fly in many of the actors, directors and producers attending this year's festival, which is now underway.
Hugh Aitken, easyJet Scotland's commercial manager, said: "easyJet brings thousands of visitors to the capital each month, many of whom are attending EIFF and we are therefore delighted to sponsor the event this year.
“We are also looking forward to welcoming many of the world’s most influential industry figures attending the festival onto our flights into the city.”
This year’s festival will showcase more than 90 features including 47 UK and international movie premiers starring big names such as Ewan McGregor, Don Cheadle, Kim Cattrall, Bill Nighy, Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz.
