Veterinary charity PDSA appoints Code as digital agency
Veterinary charity PSDA has appointed Code Computerlove as its digital agency following a three-way competitive pitch.
The Manchester agency has been briefed to handle all elements of PDSA's digital activities including media (PPC and SEO) social media, email marketing and brand campaigns.
Code will also undertake a "comprehensive brand and digital strategy review" to help shape the direction of the charity's digital marketing and website.
Emma Thompson, e-commerce manager, said: "The core aim of our digital marketing and social media activity is to help increase awareness of PDSA, engage and communicate with supporters about the important work we do, highlight our pet health expertise, increase donations and promote and sell our products.
"We see digital as a major part of our marketing and PR success moving forward and we’re keen to be ahead of the game in terms of online techniques.
"While [Code's] initial brief is to focus on increasing awareness of PDSA and our pet insurance, their input will span strategy, social media, creative and media.”
