Trafford Council will collaborate with Rochdale and Wigan Councils in replacing its online content management system.

The councils will aim to share a platform across AGMA boundaries and will tender for a system which will provide added functionality and capability for more integration for customers.

The new system will be developed to ensure that staff resources are able to spend and be managed more efficiently, while also improving the service to local residents and businesses, and also reducing costs of service delivery and time taken by certain service providers.

A Supplier Event Day will be held at Urmston Library in Manchester on 24 May from 10am to allow the Council to conduct a market test and review.

Two representatives are permitted for this event, which is being organised by senior project manager Nasrin Fazal.
