Publicis completes £502m acquisition of Rosetta
Publicis has completed the acquisition of US digital marketing agency Rosetta for £502m ($575m).
The acquisition sees Publicis continue its target of growing group revenue to 35% from digital operations over the next three years, with the deal taking it beyond the 30% total.
The name of the agency will remain, as will its 1,100 staff and nine offices across the US and Canada, run by Chris Kuenee, founder of Rosetta.
The company also owns Boston-based Digitas and Razorfish.
