Soft drinks company Silver Spring has worked with Uber to rebrand its 1870 mixer range.

The Sheffield agency has created a new logo and bottle design for the 1870 brand, which is named after the year Silver Spring first started its production of Kentish spring water.

The aim of the new look is to make the bottles, which come in a different colour for each variant, stand out better on shelves.

Julian Aitken, sales and marketing director at Silver Spring, said: "We thought long and hard about the design and appearance of the new 1870 bottles, and were careful to give Uber a brief to stay true to Silver Spring 1870’s heritage, whilst revolutionising and updating the overall appearance of the product."

The new-look bottles arrive in retail outlets this month and the new branding will also be seen at polo events throughout this summer.
