This year’s Chip Shop Awards finalists have been announced, with nominations going to entries from around the world.

The creative awards with no rules, The Chip Shop Awards includes entries from agencies in Germany, New Zealand, Amsterdam, Korea and Poland as well as from across the UK.

This year’s Invent Your Own Categories includes, Best Steal from Chip Shop Awards 2010, Seeing as the King’s Speech Wins Everything..., Toilet Paper Ad, Most Ridiculous Piece of Work I Wish I’d Fought Harder For the Other Day and Best Most Unfortunately Named Japanese Restaurant Chain.

Other categories include Best Use of Plagerism, Best Politically Incorrect Advert, Best Use of Shocking Copy and Best Use of Bad Taste.
